Antique fireplace, Palladian style. Verde Antico marble and Noir de Mazy: A perfect match! The double moulded, breakfront shelf is resting on a boldly carved fireplace. Lozenges and panelling is done with the blackest black marble: Noir de Mazy. The rounded corner jambs are making a sturdy-massive impression. This fireplace stood once in a Maison Mâitre in Tournai-Belgium. Second half, nineteenth century. Good condition. Large: 63 inch - 160 cm.
